CITY WALK PHASE 1

City Walk’s first phase comprised of 140,000 Square Feet of retail shops and cafes, flanked by a tree-lined walk designed to epitomize those of European streets, as well as a view overlooking a lake. Included in the project, creating a more experiential and social interaction with the retail spaces, was an area set aside totaling a GLA of 10,000 square meters, which included a unique interactive water feature and a children’s play area that can transform into a venue for small concerts. Moreover, weekly markets and exhibitions add significant highlights that draw increased footfall.

City Walk is conveniently located at the junction of Al Wasl and Al Safa Road, which has parking space for 600 vehicles and is 15 minutes from the Burj Khalifa Metro Station, creating a bustling pubic square for people to meet, relax and enjoy.
