The 70 new outlets formed upon a pedestrian esplanade that meanders between four plazas stretching from the Sheraton Hotel to the Hilton Hotel. The architecture is a mix of modern and traditional contemporary drawing influences from the local culture. Each of the plazas varies in aesthetics providing unique and distinct zones and water features.
There are four distinct key zones – cinema zone, recreational zone, retail plaza and main plaza designated for a more high-end retail shopping experience and dining.
The original quota for parking was for 800 parking stalls, which has now been upgraded and moved underground creating a larger car park, for the estimated increase in customer traffic, of 1,200 parking stalls.
