Oasis Centre is an enclosed shopping centre located just off Sheikh Zayed Road, in Dubai. The centre is owned by Landmark Group and classified as a Regional Centre, operational since 2009. The centre is a mixed use scheme that includes retail (81%) and office (19%) comprising a total GLA 598,430 Square Feet supported by ample parking in the amount of 1449 car park stalls. The centre in its current state attracts an average footfall of 19,000 per day (7 Million annually).

Landmark Group intends to refurbish the centre to improve the overall retail performance and provide shoppers with a better shopping experience. The refurbishment is planned in a phased manner from Q1-2016 to be completed by Q3-2017.
